I run a commercial real estate agency so I would like to think I know what traits a vendor should look for in a real estate agent. Pat Ivey and his dedicated/experienced team (Jewlie, Igor, Shane) are world class in what they do. Their track record in Brisbane's Southside was the most impressive by a large margin (in terms of both volume and sale price results) 10/10 experience and I have already recommended Team Ivey to my own parents and some colleague Thanks again Pat for an amazing result!

Craig was engaged for the sale of my mum's house. His estimated price of the property was spot on, and Craig communicated with me throughout the entire process. His high level of communication, professionalism and courteousness helped to set us at ease throughout the entire real estate sales process. Without hesitation, I can highly recommend Craig to all future real estate sellers and buyers.

Commencing the process of selling my mother's property started out as an extremely daunting task. I researched some local agents online, asked friends, tradespeople I knew and read some the letterbox junk mail that always included agents declaring their talents at selling "your" property. That's when the name PATRICK IVEY came up. It was my lucky day. Pat was very savvy about what was going on in the area, the sales, the prices.. the possibilities. When I first met with him and Jewleigh I was presented with a very impressive portfolio which not only highlighted his successes but provided an informative guide to the selling process. This process was efficiently put into action, with sound advice to improve the sale, a fabulous photographer who knew just the right angle to best enhance the photos and a professionally conducted open-house. The whole process with Pat was seamless. He communicated on a regular basis, always promptly returned my calls and guided me through the overwhelming negotiation/ contract phase. His confidence was contagious and he was able to gain a selling price above my expectations. Pat's thorough knowledge of the industry, his high energy and positive outlook provided me with a very satisfying outcome. I cannot thank Pat and his team enough for the help they provided me with.

We bought our house from Craig and knew when we decided to sell it had to be with him again. Having sold the house numerous times previously, Craig understand the value and character of the home and knew which buyers would be best suited to appreciate the home for what it is. Craig is responsive with communication, friendly and honest. He kept us up to date every week with the sale and interest of our home and always made sure we were kept in the loop. We had extremely positive experiences buying and selling with Craig and would highly recommend his expertise and professionalism to everyone. Thank you Craig!
