After being an absolute please to buy through I wasn't sure what to expect from Pat when he arrived at Le Sesh Palace to pitch for the listing. He was rather relaxed and 'normal dude like,' even sporting a mullet which was most unusual for a real estate agent. When he drank a XXXX Gold with me on the balcony I knew I had found our man! Le Sesh Palace was in desperate need of some fresh carpet and new paint but Pat was happy to take a challenge on and have a go at it in a pre-market fashion before we spent money on it. After a few opens, the general consensus was that shaggy carpet and cream walls weren't going to get us the best result. Pat & Jewlie suggested we hold off on bringing any more buyers through until we repainted and replaced the carpets which showed they were genuinely acting in out best interest, wanting the best net result for us not just the quickest sale. Pat and Jewlie resumed their hard work once the works were complete formally putting the property on the market. Pat received a few offers early which weren't actually too bad (so I thought) but Pat was confident he could do better so we left it in is capable hands. Pat was like a Juggernaut going into battle and like a well oiled race horse came steaming home over the finish line to glory with a much improved result. Pat and Jewlie were proactive, honest and direct and we couldn't fault them in any way. Their professionalism demonstrated why you should always select a good real estate agent when you are selling as it is insurance for getting the best result and they more than paid for themselves. My wife and I started our property search years before we were actually ready to buy meeting many agents in the area. Pat, Jewlie, Kristy & Igor would always make us feel welcome at their open homes and would always give accurate price guides. Although it was years before we were ready Pat and his team would professionally and politely follow us up after every open home we attended to gauge our feedback. Pat & Jewlie let us know about a property coming up that sounded suitable for us. We weren't ready at the time but got our ducks in a row and by the time the property hit the market we were pretty much ready to go. Pat and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process to the point of which we found ourselves paying over our budget just so we could buy a property through them :/ I would highly recommend Pat and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
