Patrick and his team made this purchase as easy as possible. Patrick and the team are quick to respond to queries and nothing I asked was too difficult or too troublesome. I would be happy to deal with the Patrick Ivey team again in the future.

Our house buying experience at Mount Gravatt East was a positive one thanks to Dayne’s professional approach. Dayne’s advice regarding the market in the area was excellent. He was clearly an experienced agent who was genuinely personable. Importantly Dayne was readily available throughout the buying process and was able to assist with all of our enquires. Thanks Dayne.

I used Maree Grieve from Harcourts Coorparoo to sell my property. From the start I was impressed with the professionalism that Maree showed and the speed in which she organised the marketing of my property. Her assessment of the potential selling price and how to advertise the property to the market demonstrated to me her knowledge and experience. The results were a quick sale at a price higher than I expected.

Pat was the seller's agent for a house we recently purchased. From a buyer's perspective he was such a pleasure to deal with. Pat was one of the most responsive, helpful and personable real estate agents I've dealt with, and he obviously knows the area and the market very well. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him if/when the time comes to sell.

Sharon and Paul were incredibly professional and helpful during the process of buying my first home. Paul's experience in construction was really useful, as he gave great advice along the way. Sharon was super organised and took care of all the paperwork smoothly. Together, they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Pat's market knowledge and sales strategy achieved a great outcome for us in a tricky low turnover market. Highly recommend!

Pat is extremely knowledgeable about the Carina Heights area. It is obvious that he grew up in the area and loves it. He is unscrupulously honest and will not lead you astray or give you a false impression. He makes sure that he knows all about a property and will answer any query and if he doesn’t know the answer, he ensures that he finds out. Pat is always available and returns calls very promptly. Even though he has so many balls in the air, he makes sure that you feel that he is giving you all of his attention. I know that this occurs whether you’re a buyer or a seller. Pat is a gentleman who is always professional. We have now bought two houses through Pat’s agency and there is no one we would rather deal with.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Pat, Jewlie and their team to sell our house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Pat and Jewlie demonstrated the utmost professionalism and approachability. Throughout the process, Pat and Jewlie were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and consistently provided clear and concise communication.
