From the initial consult with Pat and Jewlie we were impressed with their knowledge, approach and attention to detail. Their open lines of communication made what could of been a daunting process easy and successful. We would highly recommend Pat and his team.

We have now bought & sold with the Pat Ivey team. Pat is always prompt in replying to our questions and kept us updated with any developments he became aware of. He delivers a professional service but is also a jovial guy, which is great to calm the inevitable stressful situations akin to buying and selling property. But what we liked most about dealing with Pat is the great team around him, especially Jewls. They have different styles and therefore complement each other perfectly and ensures they can connect with all sellers and buyers.

Ross and his team were able to sell our property quickly and efficiently. They were able to provide good advice from a wealth of experience and understanding of the current market. There was minimal fuss during the whole process assisted by excellent communication.

This is our 4th transaction with Pat and it has always gone seamless. This guy knows Carina like the back of his hand, and he is the best communicator in the game. He is always available to talk about anything to do with the property. Whether you are buying or selling with Pat, he is always polite, respectful, fair and most importantly genuine (unlike some other agents in the area). We wouldn’t go to anyone else to sell or buy in the area as his knowledge and his work ethic is second to none. He also has a great team around him which is an extra bonus. As always, good doing business with you.

To put this into perspective, over our 20 years together my husband and I have bought, built and sold a total of 9 homes. By far, Pat is the best agent we have ever bought through. Professional, efficient and personable, we knew we were in good hands right from the start. When buying, you very well know the agent is working for the seller, but Pat made us feel equally important and went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed, when we needed it and went above and beyond what we asked for. There is good reason for his multiple awards. If ever we sold or bought again, Pat would be our first phone call. The BEST agent in Brisbane!

We recently purchased a home through Pat and after months of looking it was a breath of fresh air meeting Pat and his approach to selling houses. He kept us informed through all the negotiations, was quick to answer our questions and was upfront with the sellers expectations so we knew if the house was right for us. Thanks Pat, thoroughly enjoyed working with you to purchase our beautiful home!

Pat proved himself to be a most effective agent, finding us a buyer at a great price within days of listing. He and his team were professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
