Pat and the harcourts team made our first home purchase a really enjoyable and stress free experience. His reliability and communication throughout the entire process made us feel we were in the right hands. Can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend to any seller/purchaser in the market. Thanks Pat!

We had an excellent experience selling our home with Pat. He and his team are very hard working, reliable, honest and great at communicating throughout the whole process. Thank you again- we could not have been happier with our experience!

Pat was instrumental in making sure throughout my whole purchase process that I was well informed and new exactly what I was purchasing. His understanding of the market is second to none and he was very patient and accomodating whilst dealing with some hurdles during the sale process. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.

Bought our house through Pat and knew we would sell with him as he was passionate and honest. Pat and team met all expectations and made the sale process simple and quick. They were easy to deal with, thorough and the constant communication was appreciated.

Pat was great throughout the process, nothing was too hard and he was in constant contact, keeping me updated as it all went along. We got the house sold for a price I was happy with despite having it tenanted and all the obstacles that come along with that. I would highly recommend Pat to sell your property as he and his team are great to work with.

I was just a punter at an open home, but I ended up purchasing the property. During negotiations, Emma was clear and professional around each step. Throughout the whole process Emma answered every question, took the time to make sure all the steps were completed correctly, and was super happy to organise all the little things like access for pest and building inspections and pre-purchase inspections. She chased all the little issues and outstanding items. Emma was massively easy to deal with and it was a pleasure all the way to selfies over the Sold sign!

Unprofessional, I will never make use of his services again or recommend him to anyone. He's got a poor reputation in the townhouse complex and I can see why. Does not take clients needs and circumstances into consideration and just barges ahead with whatever he got in his head.

Trent was a great negotiator and communicator. I trusted him to get the job done and her did. I have no hesitation in recommending Trent to any future Vendors.

Selling with Dayne was a great experience, it was an easy process with great communication through the sale procedure. Dayne turned a situation that I thought was going to stressful into an easy, fun experience with successful results.
