Pat and Jewlie were fantastic to deal with throughout the sale campaign. We were kept abreast throughout the process and had absolute confidence that no stone was left unturned & we had ultimately found the right buyer for our property. Pat’s market knowledge & integrity is second to none. I would highly recommend Pat and his team to anyone selling their property in the inner south Brisbane area.

Pat in short is an absolute gun and so easy to work with. In long, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table and someone I would highly recommend. He understands the inner south east Brisbane market very well and applies his craft alongside his amazing team of Jewlie Halliday, Igor Klaric and Nico Beri. You're as good as the people and the team you surround yourself with. Pat communicates regularly, professionally and I was always informed on the status of the sale. He was punctual and present at every open and inspection. His entire team was dedicated and made sure multiple agents were always present at all showings. I even had the chance to hear Pat communicate and negotiate with the buyers and he did this with ease, respect and not only representing my needs as a seller, but also helping the buyer through what is a naturally high stakes and stressful situation. Most importantly I found Pat flexible, adaptable and focused on achieving the outcome. I've used Pat before to sell my properties and he will be my go to agent in the future.

Pat & his team have been great to work with on this deal, which has resulted in a fantastic outcome for both our clients. Throughout the whole process Pat & his team had a high level of communication, local knowledge and reliability. Team Piper looks further to working with them again in the future and would highly recommend their team to anyone looking to sell and are after genuine agents.

They were all very supportive and the way they communicated was excellent making the whole experience easier than we were expecting. The team always kept us informed throughout the process so we knew what to expect and could promptly and diligently action those requirements that were our responsibilities. Jerri was incredible! We haven't had much experience as this was our first home. Jerri has patiently answered all of our questions, helped us through the entire process and have really made the home-buying experience, which was daunting at first, quite enjoyable. When we had some issues with the bank, Jerri helped to calm us down and solve the issue. We're really not sure how we could have done this without her.

From our first meeting, Jerri impressed me with her friendly professional manner. We had lived in our home for 33 years so there were obvious changes to be made to bring it up to date. Her vision and the ability to make things happen made her an excellent choice to sell our home. Utilising her contacts and marketing knowledge, she achieved remarkable results for us. I highly recommend Jerri. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Jerri was fantastic as our agent. Her advice in getting our apartment ready for sale was spot-on. She was able to recommend responsive, reliable trsdespeople for both small and large jobs - whose pricing was very reasonable and they understood our process and worked to our tight timeframes. She went over and above, even providing mulch for the complex gardens to create the perfect entry experience for potential buyers. Our first open house had 29 couples through (incredible for a unit), went an hour over time and secured three competitive buyers. We sold two days later, achieving a record price for the apartment complex, and and well above market value for comparable units at the time. She's friendly, attentive and gives it her all. Whenever we decide to sell our house, it's Jerri we'll call. If you're looking for a professional, hard-working agent who's completely on your side.....we highly recommend you get Jerri on your team - you won't regret it!

Maree went above and beyond for our sale. I can't recommend her highly enough. I have no hesitations in using her services again in the future.

We decided to list our property with Pat after watching the market in Carina noticing him as a frequent agent with a good success rate and after talking with him and being impressed with his knowledge of the area and cool calm and collected approach. The property was listed right as the market was unsettled but Pat kept his communication frequent and informed us of all the shifts he was seeing and provided sound advice that helped us achieve a good outcome with the sale of the property. We would certainly seek out Pat should we look to buy or sell in the area again.

Patrick is professional, down to earth and genuine. Rare qualities in this industry. We have just purchased our second home from him, and will definitely call on his services if we were to sell our properties.
