Absolutely amazing
Pat, Nicco and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The communication they provided on the property from additional inspection’s, to ensuring that my offer (although not the highest in the end) was accepted. They really looked out for me and I felt that. Having my offer accepted only hours after submitting the offer was amazing! When I came through with building and pest Nico was incredible with both my family and contractors, then again when he handed over the keys at settlement. Even helped to open the door for me. He answered all my questions that I had and followed up on any he didn’t have the answer for. Jewlie was an absolute pleasure each time we spoke, and was super easy to talk too. Sharing design ideas with each other at pre settlement made the whole experience that much better. Pat himself was fantastic and always spoke through message when he couldn’t be there in person to ensure everything went smoothly. The team were incredible and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you to you all for everything you did!

Pat is knowledgeable, honest and professional and certainly has his clients’ best interests in mind.
I was wishing to sell an investment property (townhouse) in Carina and was recommended Pat through word of mouth. Pat was very competent., knowledgeable, fair in terms of fees/commission and was honest and realistic in regards to expectations for the sale of the property. He successfully navigated the hurdles we were faced with during the selling process and worked really well with the tenants living at the property during the marketing campaign. I would certainly recommend Pat if you are selling in this area and surrounds, and I would certainly work with Pat again in future!

Dream Result
In short Jerri is a dream to deal with and achieved a price that was above and beyond our expectations. This is the second house that Jerri has sold for us and this experience was equally successful as the first. Right from our first contact Jerri's enthusiasm and energy kept us buoyant through the process of working to present our home in the very best possible light to potential buyers. Jerri communicated regularly, always returned our calls, answered any questions and offered really helpful and professional advice through the whole time she worked with us. We both valued the feeling that we were part of Jerri's team, her advice was thoughtful, always realistic and targeted to achieving the best outcome for us. Selling your house can be incredibly stressful, but Jerri made the process smooth and streamlined and we always felt confident we were up to date and well informed with realistic information. To top it all off she sold the house quickly and for a price that was well above our expectations. I would unreservedly recommend Jerri to anyone wanting to sell their home.

An excellent agent
Chris is an excellent agent, very thorough answered all our questions and was very flexible with meeting times and calls. Very professional and we definitely got more than what we were originally anticipating so we are very happy with the end result. Definitely would use him again in the future 10/10.
