A Professional and business-like agent.
I chose Ian to sell our house after 'interviewing' a number of local agents as he gave us confidence that he could achieve the higher end of our price band. Our house was listed for four days before Ian obtained a contract at a price we were happy with. I would recommend Ian to anyone considering buying or selling in the Wellington Point area.

Great hard working, trustworthy Agent
Ian has a great understanding of the local market, and provides honest, trustworthy information on local prices and valuations. We have had other Agents approach us and quote us a value which was overpriced in a bid to gain our business, whereas Ian was spot on with his valuation and recommendations.
