When we first looked in the Wellington Point area three years ago, Ian impressed us as a straight shooter that knew the area and knew the market. So when it came time to sell, we didn't hesitate in heading straight for Ian. We weren't disappointed. He had recently sold several houses nearby so was able to put a fair value on our place.
