Helen put in the time and effort to understand what our property had to offer, its market value to the right buyer and to guide us in presenting it well. She kept us fully informed at all stages of the marketing process and we never felt pressured to accept an offer - she talked us through the pros and cons and guided us to a decision that we were comfortable with. Her hard work paid off and we achieved the price we wanted.
