I recently engaged Sandi Sharp to sell our property in Lota, Brisbane. It was by far the best experience with a real estate agent to date. What truly set Sandi apart was her above-and-beyond service and professionalism making all the arrangements for required tradespeople to get the house sale-ready which was a huge relief and help. Sandi’s communication & responsiveness were outstanding always keeping us informed and promptly addressing any questions or concerns! Sandi's negotiation skills were exceptional ensuring we got the best possible deal. On top of all this, Sandi’s friendly demeanour made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly, highly recommend Sandi to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent.

Helen went above and beyond to ensure my property was presented at its absolute best, particularly when it came to styling. She didn’t just provide advice; she personally assisted with arranging the furniture and adding stylish touches that highlighted the unique features of the space. From carefully chosen decor accents to creating a warm and welcoming ambiance, she transformed the property into something truly special. This attention to detail in styling made a huge difference, attracting more interest and ultimately helping the property stand out in a competitive market. Helen and her husband also went above and beyond by personally cleaning my property pathway before the open home inspection, ensuring everything looked perfect for potential buyers. In addition to her exceptional styling efforts, the communication Helen provided was outstanding. She was always available to answer my questions, promptly returned calls, text messages and emails, and provided consistent updates on every aspect of the sale. After each showing, she shared detailed feedback, allowing me to stay fully informed and feel involved throughout the process. This level of communication made me feel reassured and valued, and I always knew what to expect next. Thank you Helen for your dedication, I experienced a smooth and successful sale, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Regards Lisa Bowman

It was a pleasure to work with Helen during the purchase of my apartment at Wynnum. I valued the warm, caring and professional approach to what can be at times a demanding experience working through the complexities of a purchase. I have recommended Helen to a colleague who is looking for their first home in the local area. Thank you.

Sandi has been just exceptional. From the moment we first spoke with her we have only had honesty reliability and most importantly delivery. Sandi has gone out of her way to make everything happen working with both us “purchasers” while maintaining the role for the “sellers” also. Meeting Sandi was a welcome relief and a far cry from other agents we encountered in the local area. We cannot recommend Sandi enough.
