We can’t thank Kate enough for her tireless efforts to sell our property. When interviewing potential selling agents from interstate Kate stood out as a genuine and honest person. From initial discussions to listing for sale took over 12 months due to delays on our end. Throughout this time we were also not committed to selling but were assessing our options. Kate kept in touch without being pushy to offer assistance on a number of occasions to check on and attend the property on our behalf or offering trades recommendations etc. even when we were potentially not going to sell at that point. This went a long way to displaying her work ethic to us and that proved to continue all the way through the sale process. We hoped her calm, personable demeanor would allow her to build trust quickly with potential buyers like it did with us and believe this was the case. We were selling our home whilst based interstate so called on Ben to do much of the legwork that a seller would traditionally do themselves. Ben arranged trades, moved outdoor furniture prior to Cyclone Alfred, swept the paths before opens, all things that we weren't there to do and that demonstrate his willingness to going above and beyond. Probably one of the greatest indicators of a good agent is when you use them on multiple occasions. The sale of our Lota home was the 2nd time we have used Helen and it probably won’t be the last.
