I recently purchased an apartment through David and Harcourts. David was excellent to deal with and always helpful with any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about the property. The sale went very smoothly and David went above and beyond to help make it all happen. His service and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you David!

We engaged Tracy and her team to sell our great beachfront unit. Tracy and her team were professional, objective, engaging and proactive throughout the entire campaign. Their attention to detail was second to none from the initial meeting, marketing and sale and pricing strategy (including a changing market), photos and communication overall. If asked we would have no hesitation in recommending Tracy and her team. Thanks again.

Tracy and her team were fantastic from day one. They were tenacious in getting what we needed for the property. At no point did we feel that they weren't going to get the job done. I suppose the greatest compliment we can give is that if we ever sell in Palm Beach again, or are asked by a friend who to use, Tracy and her team will be top of the list.
