I have been involved in real estate as a seller buyer and agent for 50 years and believe that Chloe could not have picked a better career for herself. Patient, understanding and going above and beyond. Working for her seller but also caring and understanding with her buyer. Our whole family will now use Chloe to purchase (and sell) our future properties.

"our experience with Tracy Tamars was incredibly smooth and hassel-free. The added bonus of them organizing the cleaning of the outside of the property and staging was a huge relief, especially since we live interstate. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and we received through updates and overviews after each open for inspection. We couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience"

Tracy was an easy choice when deciding on the agent to sell my property, as she had exceptional knowledge of the market, provided invaluable advice on getting my house prepared for sale, and offered a very competitive fee package. The sale process was very smooth, and within 2 weeks of listing, i had an unconditional offer for a great price. Tracy was easy to deal with, and her team was very professional and ensured that i was kept well informed of all pertinent matters throughout. A great experience, and i would highly recommended Tracy and her team.
