Tracy was absolutely wonderful. Tracy’s professionalism, dedication, patience and her mannerism is way above 10/10. Tracy gained the price I was looking for my home and also found me a property that I’m really happy with. Reuben, Tracy’s husband has also been wonderful assisting me. I was unhappy with my previous agent as I was put under a lot of unnecessary pressure. I felt more relaxed having Tracy as my agent. I would thoroughly recommend to any buyer or seller from anywhere on the Gold Coast who wants an honest, loyal real estate agent to go no further than Tracy Tomars. You will be very happy with the result. Thank you Tracy, Reuben & Team.

Tracy and her team are the ultimate professionals who communicate well, are well connected with a network of buyers and achieve the very best results. We couldn’t be happier! Thanks Tracy.

We met Tracy about 18 months ago when we were thinking of selling, Tracy had such a good name within our complex where she was and still is the number 1 agent within this complex. At the time we did withdraw our apartment from sale but kept in touch and Tracy would ring and update us how the market doing. Update 18 months on, we asked Tracy to market and sell our Apartment. Reuben who is Tracy's husband was great, meeting potential buyers at the entry of the complex and escorting them to our apartment. Always looking a million dollars Tracy would be at our Apartment early to set up for the Inspections. We were so pleased that the Apartment was sold within 2 weeks with cash buyer. I can't speak highly enough for Tracy & Reuben Tomars and if i could rate them both 2 x 5 STARS I would. If you want to sell your Apartment, House etc, DO NOT go past this team, the price we got for our Apartment is a record in this complex. Gary & Deb
