I can't thank Brooke enough for his assistance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process before and after the property was listed and whilst it was under contract. Thanks to Brooke and the LJ Hooker team.

Selling and buying houses is, basically, traumatic. Tracy and the Tomars team were able to eliminate almost every threat and drama and I cannot thank them enough for guiding and assisting and easing me through the process. Well done and thank you.

We first met Tracy as potential buyers at a house she had open for inspection in Reedy Creek. I was immediately impressed by how friendly and down to earth she was. She did an excellent job highlighting all the positive aspects of the house without me feeling like she was in my face. We couldn't buy that house but Tracy remembered all the things that were important to my family in a house and she contacted me if something popped up that she thought would suit us. When our house didn't sell with our existing agent, we decided to swap over to Tracey because she was so outstanding to us as buyers, we felt confident that even though our beautiful house had been on the market for 8 months, she would be able to sell it. She sold it in 4 weeks. Thanks to Tracy, Reuben and Scarlett we can move on with the next chapter of our life.

Tracey and her team provided us with exceptional service from our first meeting, explaining the process, keeping us informed and working for a great result. Her knowledge of the Palm Beach area gives a seller a good sense of comfort during this important stage in our lives
Tracy Tomars
We selected Tracy Tomars and her team to undertake the marketing of our property because of their many successful sale outcomes with other properties in Magnoli Apartments. Potential buyers were identified through a number of "Open House" visitations as well as other contacts in the property business. Our Unit was sold on a CASH BASIS within a very few weeks. We are very happy with the outcome.

Brook is excellent at building a rapport with buyers and vendors while listening to their needs. He ensured I was well informed about the process and updates regarding the sale of my property promptly. He is very transparent and genuine which allowed me as the vendor to feel I was in good hands during the sale journey. He is extremely hardworking, knowledgeable and strives to achieve the maximum result possible for his vendors. I would highly recommend Brook Campbell-Rawson to sell your home.

Tracy & the team really looked after us every step of the way. Her ability to build rapport, explain the process & connect with both buyer & seller really put us at ease. We sold an investment property in Sydney & we're so happy to be in our own home rather than renting here on the sunny Gold Coast. Very happy!!!
