We met Tracy about 18 months ago when we were thinking of selling, Tracy had such a good name within our complex where she was and still is the number 1 agent within this complex. At the time we did withdraw our apartment from sale but kept in touch and Tracy would ring and update us how the market doing. Update 18 months on, we asked Tracy to market and sell our Apartment. Reuben who is Tracy's husband was great, meeting potential buyers at the entry of the complex and escorting them to our apartment. Always looking a million dollars Tracy would be at our Apartment early to set up for the Inspections. We were so pleased that the Apartment was sold within 2 weeks with cash buyer. I can't speak highly enough for Tracy & Reuben Tomars and if i could rate them both 2 x 5 STARS I would.
