We handled the finance on this one. The clients were so happy with David and he was amazing to deal with. We deal with a lot of agents and it takes a great agent to handle a sale professionally for the vendor and agent. David does this so well.

Tracy and her team did an excellent job, achieved asking price in just 3 weeks. Followed up and resolved some last-minute settlement issues, and their fee was 30% less than the other contender. Well done team and thank you from Raymond and Tania.

Tracy and Scarlett were a wonderful team, and we couldn't speak more highly of our experience with them. They were incredibly responsive, supportive and went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered promptly. Tracy even showed me through the property outside of open home hours as I was travelling from Brisbane, and she helped answer questions about having a dog at the property when it was her day off and she was at the doctor - that was really going above and beyond! Scarlett was also very helplful, caring and fantastic - they make a great team. They both made our first experience of purchasing an investment property very easy, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Thank you to Mitch for making our dreams of buying our rental a reality. Mitch is a true professional and knows how to get the job done, I can see why he's the number one agent in the area. I would highly recommend Mitch if you're looking to buy or sell in the Varsity Lakes area.

Wanted to buy the house I was currently renting. Mitch being the number one agent in the area was the best choice to try to make this happen. He was able to contact the original owners and liase between us to come up with a deal very promptly. The whole process felt quite smooth. Mitch was available anytime I had any questions. It was good to have an agent that everyone I dealt with knew. You could tell he is experienced and was well known in the industry. I highly recommend Mitch as an agent if you want your property sold, or if you are looking at buying your dream home.

Mitch seems to know the market movements and we found his advice to be honest and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Mitch has been absolutely amazing! We thought that selling a property from abroad would be a lot of work for us, but Mitch has made it a breeze! He has gone beyond normal working hours to accommodate us living in a different time zone. Mitch is very professional and knows his business. We would certainly make use of his services again. Thank you Mitch!
