Stephen was the seller's agent on a property I purchased. He was very open and candid in his conversations with me and I believe this resulted in a win-win for myself and the seller. Stephen was also very responsive and helpful with recommnedations for building inspecton, helping me line up a carpenter to do some repairs, and getting the seller to cover some of the repairs as well.
