We bought our first home through Tracy and she made it such a great experience. Tracy Tomars the epitome of energy and determination
So impressed by Tracy Tomars. She was determined to find us a buyer and complete the deal. Above and Beyond
I’d met Tracy at many open houses whilst I was looking for a new home over a period of a few months. I was at an open home and saw her again when she recommended I look at another house she had opened. Tracy found the perfect home for me and my children and went out of her way to support our house purchase and make things go smoothly for us. I highly recommend Tracy. My kids think she’s my best friend because of the way we speak with each-other! Tracy is personable and honest and reliable. We are so grateful for her service. Exceptional from start to finish
Tracy and the team went above and beyond from start to finish. They sorted finance to get some jobs finished off prior to listing, they project managed the process which enabled us to get the property on the market, they even did some cleaning prior to open homes which made the whole sale process for us so seamless. The Tracy Tomars team ran a very successful VIP night and got a buyers agent and stylist to do a presentation. There was live music and a red carpet too! Tracy is a very experienced sales professional, an open, honest, knowledgeable and very effective communicator with the intention to get the best price possible for the property through a targeted marketing plan.
