Great communicator
Ray has been great to deal with from a buyer's perspective. Ray's communication is outstanding. He wasn't one of those pushy agents, he was polite, approachable, and friendly. It was refreshing to deal with an honest agent. We had a bad experience before we delt with Ray so to purchase from someone with high ethos, made our purchase easier.
