We’ve bought and sold around a dozen investment properties over the last decade or so. Perry is the standout agent for us. His advice to auction our recent sale was spot on, we achieved way over our reserve. We’d actually bought that property through Perry. So we’ve had experience buying and selling through him. The most honest agent we’ve found, and that’s saying something! Good ones are hard to find. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this man, always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for your professionalism mate.

We had several agents approach us to sell our waterfront property, some we knew and trusted, some we didn't, amongst them was Dave. Dave's approach was slick, professional and compelling enough for us to give him our business. His campaign strategy and sales price predictions were spot on. We were sold within days of going to market for a price in our higher range with plenty of competing interest. We'd give him 6 stars if we could.

Talei listed my property and quickly went to work to deliver results. She presented me with multiple offers in a quick timeframe and had excellent communciation skills, demonstrated by keeping me appraised of progress at least once a day. Being a local she was passionate about my property and knew the market as an expert. When offers came in, Talei was very quick in converting interest to written offwrs. She also assisted the buyers with making an informed decision on their purchase whilst always having my best I treats at heart. Thanks Talei - I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell

Could not ask for a better agent than Ellen. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her services continued even after the sale. I would recommend her to any one wishing to sell as she will obtain the best possible price and will arrange private inspections as well.

Talei handled the sale of our home with genuine care and incredible professionalism. Her strong negotiation skills and persistence overcame some significant challenges raised by the purchasers, who were quite anxious and somewhat difficult to deal with. Bottom line: Our property sold a week prior to auction, at a price that was higher than expected. We couldn't be happier.
