Great agency
Clear indications about the house, overindulge everything with all my questions covered before I can ask, from structure to every details really. And really easy and comforting to talk and discuss, with english as my second language I Understood everything easily, either my english has improved or Brent has great communication.

A real pleasure to deal with
Ellen is a very polite agent and gave accurate and trustworthy information at all stages of the buying process. She seemed strike the right balance between encouraging the sale and being too pushy. I felt very comfortable deciding to purchase abs she has been a very good communicator through the settlement process. I think if I wanted to sell a property I would ask for Ellen’s help as I would have faith she would look after the buyers and that would be good for me!

The Best I’ve Found
We’ve bought and sold around a dozen investment properties over the last decade or so. Perry is the standout agent for us. His advice to auction our recent sale was spot on, we achieved way over our reserve. We’d actually bought that property through Perry. So we’ve had experience buying and selling through him. The most honest agent we’ve found, and that’s saying something! Good ones are hard to find. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this man, always a pleasure to deal with.
