Before we even met Lea Pettett from LJ Hooker Robina, we just knew IF anybody was going to sell our house, Lea would be the one, as we had followed her sales in the area for some time ... and she seemed to "nail it" every time, achieving "real" prices for "well deserving" properties. Lea obviously "worked hard FOR her clients". She achieved great results, and was and is (in our opinion) a champion in putting Robina back on the map in the way it should be portrayed .. "a go-ahead" dynamic suburb with everything at its fingertips ... a major growth area .. a jewel in the Gold Coast's crown, and such a wonderful diverse suburb to live in. Her marketing strategies (although pretty much the same as everybody else) had that "EDGE". That "edge" appeared to be difficult to identify, but her professionalism, attention to detail and her dedication to her clients seemed to surpass others, achieving excellent results (which at the end of the day really is "the bottom line") ... AND THAT WAS BEFORE WE EVEN MET HER. Once we did, it all made sense. We realised very quickly that she was supported by a wonderful team of like-minded hardworking and dedicated professionals, and we knew we would be on the move very very quickly ... and of course we were (5 weeks from memory). Although expected ... it was still totally unexpected. Where others had tried and failed over a period of time, Lea succeeded. You can call it luck .. you can call it whatever you want ... but we both know you can call it LEA PETTETT !!! We simply cannot give Lea a big enough "rap". If you have a property to sell in and/or around Robina, then you MUST call Lea Pettett.
