Mitch was a very accommodating agent. I felt he was an excellent communicator and negotiator between the two parties. I recommend Mitch to anyone seeking to purchase a property. Thank you Mitch for a beautiful basket of goodies too on Settlement. Very generous.

Lea did a fantastic job in selling our property. It was sold within a week of being on the market and achieved more than we expected. We were impressed with Lea"s professionalism and attention to detail and together with her team have made the whole process a smooth, stress free experience. She kept in constant communication and was very sensitive to our tenants. You should be thrilled to get her working for you as you will have a top agent working for your best interests. I thoroughly recommend her and her team.

Lea listened to my needs and wants throughout a lengthy search for the right property. She delivered a property which will be a great place to live and provide long term positive investment opportunity. She then put her energies into selling my property to ensure that I could achieve my goals. Lea makes every interaction pleasurable and leaves the impression that she has your best interests uppermost.

My wife and I recently purchased a home through Conrad, at LJHooker. We found Conrad to be very helpful from beginning to end. The purchase went smoothly, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending Conrad and his team (Tammy) to anyone wishing to purchase in the Robina area. See you next time, Kelvin & Jill.

It was a very difficult time in my life, and for me, selling our house was major. The one thing I truly had confidence in was to know that one of the most important things I've ever had to do, was safely in Lea's hands. Lea and her team were amazing! She certainly knows her job! And for me, that was the best thing ever - that I could trust her implicitly. There are not enough words for me to convey my heartfelt appreciation of Lea"s kindness and honesty and she made a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you Lea for selling our house in the best way that suited our needs. When I do it again, I will not hesitate to ask you! I cannot recommend Lea highly enough!

Lea has exceeded our expectations! Our house was sold in under a week of being on the market. Her particular strategy produced 57 inspections on the first weekend and 7 offers. We were ecstatic! Lea"s attention to detail was fantastic and together with her team have made selling our home an enjoyable experience. Lea is very professional and caring. Thank you Lea.

Conrad is an agent who went out of his way to ensure every detail was covered in the sale of our property. If a problem arose he was quick to sort it out. He was always available 24/7. He has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and the property market. We would not hesitate to use Conrad again, whether buying or selling. Thanks'... John and Kelly Lee....

Just sold my unit with Mitch and apart from being professional, approachable and an all round good bloke, he also got us the price we were after. Even offered assistance in helping my daughter to get a rental in a very difficult market for young tenants. Love ya work.

Lea was so much help to me....it is difficult doing it on your own when you are moving to an 'over 60's'. she was wonderful with everyone on our one and only inspection....and called me 2 days later to say she was negotiating with a couple ....then called me back to say they wanted to sign a contract that day.......WooHoo.......Thanks Lea

Talia worked tirelessly to get this purchase over the line encountering many obstacles and difficulties, often going above and beyond the "call of duty" to get the contract finalised. I would highly recommend her for any residential property sale. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to get the best result for me. Kind Regards Chrissy Trueman

Lea always returned phone calls or emails very quickly when we purchased our property through her. She talked us through the process of buying and kept us well informed.
