Agent of the Year
Ellen, is an excellent agent. She worked hard to achieve the vendors expectations while at the same time understanding the buyers needs. She presented the house in a knowledgeable manner, and in a very warm and friendly way. Since the sale she continues to work with the vendors and buyers to ensure both parties are happy.

Stana is an absolute goddess! It was my first time selling and with Stanas experience, she made everything easy. Excellent communication the whole way through, even keeping in touch during my longer than usual settlement. Great personality and happily chats to anyone one on any level which made my open homes a breeze. She even gave me great advice with the staging. She is Extremely knowledgeable about the market and gives sound, honest advice. I was ecstatic with the time period she had my home under contract in and at the price I wanted. My buyer was a very difficult person yet Stana negotiated like an absolute boss and handled it with the utmost professionalism. I cannot recommend Stana enough!!!

Awesome Agent
"There's one word that comes to mind when I think of Lea Pettett. AWESOME!! I had dealings with Lea a couple of years ago when I was looking to purchase a property. Lea went out of her way to try help me purchase a place which I ended up missing out on but her service for me as a buyer was so good that I thought it would be definately worth giving her a chance to sell what I had since bought. Lea really believed in the target price we wanted to achieve where as other agents didnt. She then exceeded our expectations with the price she achieved for us. Leas marketing ideas were great and ideal for our style of home. Leas cheerful personality made for a great experience, we have since bought our next place through another agent and it hasn’t been a very enjoyable experience. It just shows me how critical it is to choose a good agent and that’s what Lea is. I cannot wait to have further dealings with Lea and I will be recommending her to anyone and everyone! 10/10"

A top agent indeed!
"To be honest, we would have gone with Lea no matter which agency she was with as we knew from first hand experience that both she and her assistant Virginia would do the best that they could for us. There were two aspects of the sale that I would like to comment on and they in turn relate to both before and after the signing of the contracts. On the before side, in relation to assisting the purchaser meet the stringent requirements that the Body Corporate Committee of the building that housed our unit placed on her, we can only say that both Lea and Virginia were magnificent in helping her to comply 100% and in a very timely manner indeed. Then, in relation to the communication between your office and both ourselves and the purchaser, for the period following the signing of the contracts and the settlement, we were very happy with the communication that both Lea and Virginia had with both ourselves and the purchaser in keeping us up to speed as due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, the settlement was delayed more than once due to the failure of a third party in the settlement chain."
