Kris just sold my property this weekend with an amazing result/outcome. Everyone said unit prices was low. Bad market to sell. Not sure if we will get in that range but Kris came in advising yes unit market has changed but provided a strategy that obviously worked. He kept me in the loop after every open home, provided detailed reports, and come auction day negotiated an outcome above my reserve price! I’ve used Kris twice now - both auction listings - both units and both sold under the hammer!

Sharon and Kris planned and executed a successful campaign leading to the auction of our property. The first time I met Kris I was impressed with how he conducted himself as he walked around the house . I got a really good sense of Kris the real estate agent but also of Kris the man . I was interviewing agents for my Aunty who was unable to do so and while I was telling Kris about the story of the house and letting him know a few ins and outs of how we wanted to proceed I noticed he listened carefully and had some good ideas about how to market and sell the house . He was quite obviously the agent for us !The moment he stepped across the threshold he seemed genuinely interested in the house and the people selling the house . He is a great listener which was really important and I was really happy with how he conducted the business side of our dealings but even happier with how he treated his client with the utmost respect and consideration . He bent over backwards to help out when things were a little difficult or trying .The marketing for the auction campaign was spot on for the area and there were 5 registered bidders before the big day .
