George was well prepared from our first meeting, very knowledgeable about the local area and understood & appreciated our situation. He was easy to deal with, friendly, respectful and it was obvious he has a lot of experience in his field as he confidently dealt with any queries etc. that arose. The marketing presentation was excellent, and really represented what the house was all about, this was reflected in the amount of interest in the house and the result at auction. What we expected to be a rather stressful exercise was made a lot more enjoyable, thanks to George and the Harcourts team.

Recommended Agent … Fully aware about the market. Carlo is answering all phone calls / reply to all emails even during weekends and public holidays. Good guide from offer letter time to settlement date. Carlo kept in touch after settlement when there were some issues should be fixed.
