I would definitely recommend George to my friends and anyone that asks for a good agent. I "interviewed"2 other agents before George and although they were all polite and professional George just came across as someone you have known and trusted for a long tine, fully explain the market, gave me the option of an auction or sale and explained fully how and what happens if it does not sell at auction (which thankfully it did). He was genuine to deal with taking time talking with me never giving the impression that he was in a hurry to get away. I would thoroughly recommend George to everyone! I "interviewed" 3 agents before George and although they were all really nice.....George took the time to fully explain the market, gave me the option of an auction and even though it didn't sell at the auction.......it was great to know that he covered all marketing options. He was so genuine to deal with and even helped my daughter with a great reference to get her first rental after living with me in this one. He was always in touch and kept us calm through the whole process. He was very professional but always a nice guy to deal with!

George was our 3rd and almost accidental property appraisal, with our 1st under-valuing and being somewhat negative in outlook, and our 2nd over-valuing and over-fluffing our prospects. George was local to the property sale, sat somewhere in the middle of the appraisal range, provided own examples of good sales, showed a great local knowledge, gave a good overall estimate of the market's likely response to the sale, revealed his plan to show/advertise the property, and then remained in regular contact and provided updates. He followed up on all possible buyers, remained open honest and transparent with his communication and subsequently secured a good post-auction sale. It's not all on the internet, experience & local knowledge help too. Thanks George!
