Professional and Efficient
We engaged Victor and Isabelle to sell a property for us at 2/22 Collinson Way in Leeming. Both of them worked super hard to attract buyers to the property. Best of all, they have a range of handymen, cleaners, repairers to fix any issues your house might have prior to home opens. The house sound quickly above expectations. Geoff went above and beyond!
Geoff was fabulous from get go! He was able to review the house and give us tips on preparing it for sale. I was worried in the lead up to the sale because we had an unsuccessful attempt of selling it a few years back. Geoff reassured me with clear and concise communication at all times. We became like family by the end with daily phone calls pre and post home opens and most importantly he sold the house! His honesty and his communication was what really stood out! Would recommend Geoff to anyone!

How easy is it to place your property on the market
When I asked for a appraisal of my property it was available within days. After talking with Victor it was decided to put the property on the market. The ease and professionalism of Victor and his staff made the whole process worry free and the constant updates and any questions I had were answered promptly. Victors knowledge and experience particularly in the selling approach achieved a better out come than expected. I recommend his services to anyone who wants to know they have the right person who will give them the best outcome.
