Where do I start… Emilia Faba was very friendly and remained professional with all our dealings. From our very first meeting, she gave us practical advice and realistic expectations. Emilia’s communication skills were outstanding, and we were fully informed on what was happening during the open house. She was very organised and was on top of everything, there were no surprises. I can truly say she is on top of her game, the advised she gave us was very useful and most importantly she made us feel that she is working for us and not just what she can get out of us, and this made our journey much more easier. Emilia spent so much time getting things organised all throughout, and on the auction day she was there early in the morning to organised everything. In addition, during the auction day, the Harcourts team working alongside Emilia were really amazing. My sister was amongst the crowd at the auction and her exact word were that ‘they worked well like a well oiled machine’. Thank you so much Emilia (and to the Harcourts Team) and I would highly recommend Emilia Faba to anyone who needs to sell their property.
