I was a non residential property owner in Australia. I had to sell this property because the land tax was too high for non residential property owners. I was recommended to Harcourts agency by a friend. Their team of staffs were very professional. Since it was a last minute thing, Mary Ali and Vivian met us in their office since George had a previous appointment. They explained the whole process very clearly. We paid whatever initial payment they requested. We flew back to our country. The rest of the process, in fact the bulk of the process was via email. Harcourts team under George did the whole works and they kept us updated always. We got the settlement credited in our account on the due date. But the Statement of Account was late and the balance of the initial deposit was also late. BUT that one email I sent to George did the MAGIC. He immediately contacted his finance department. The very next morning, the Statement of Account was emailed to me and the balance of the deposit was credited into my account. Thank you so much George and your team for your expertise, professionalism, speed and integrity.
