He was very very good trying to get me the price I wanted going back and forward to the buyer and me , even there was a stage where we refused to sell and have the quits but he give me not what I wanted a few hundred short, whereas the auctioneer was like his way or no way. The way he was talking to me is like my house is worth nothing, he made me that upset and stressed I have never been in my life he has to learn to talk to the people in a polite manner compared to Mario he was amazing polite understanding our stress level and everything else thank you very very much Mario for being patient with us
