Glad came across Leon via the Rate my Agent App, he was confident the house would get sold @ Auction on the 20th Dec 2025 and laid out an aggressive plan to take it to Market. It took 2.5 weeks to de-clutter the house and 2.5 large caged trailer loads to the tip as a one man operation, thanks Peter for the Help.
