Selling our late mothers home, our family home. Steven was/is extremely respectful. He doesn't leave anything to chance. He had at least 2 opens weekly. He called within half an hour of each open to advise us of how many people went through etc. His attention to detail is amazing. His follow up with us the vendor, and all those showing interest far exceeded our expectations. It was clear on auction day, Steven had done his job well as there was a short supply of parking in the street. The bidders were here and Tony Lombardi was ready to call the auction.
