I would not recommend Mario as a real estate agent. At the beginning of the campaign, he was positive and made it sound like everything was on track. But less than two weeks in, he called with the first offer and completely changed his tone—suddenly saying things weren’t going well and that it would be a mistake to let the property go to auction. I had to push for over five hours just to get a slightly better offer. In the end, I accepted the offer, but only because I had lost confidence in his ability to manage the sale. I’m still unsure if I should have waited for the auction, but I didn’t feel I could trust him to see it through.
