Mario is well respected amongst his peers and was initially recommended to us from an agent from another company in the Western suburbs. He is dedicated to his work and even appears to enjoy doing the best he can. He has an incredible ability to read the mindset of the market and of potential buyers. He does come across as a Salesman, but when you look past that you, get to understand what a hard worker he is. He promised a quality service and definitely did not disappoint. Mario led the campaign for the sale and kept me up to date regularly with the ongoings of the inspections. I had my own thoughts on strategy for the auction but Mario advised against this and provided detailed information as to why not to follow my own strategy and instead follow his.
