It was a great pleasure working with Paul Rametta from Harcourts Rata & Co. Thomastown. Right from the initial discussion setting up the strategy and timelines through the actual Auction. Paul was very clear and transparent in giving us accurate insights about the market and our property position for the sale. He supported us by providing the right tradesmen to prepare the property for sale within budget and coordinated various jobs on time. With the selection of the right advertisement pack, we got the maximum coverage in various domains. We had a great campaign with timely coordinated Open- inspections. All the inspections were followed with a call where Paul briefed us about the groups inspecting the property, their feedback and how this was adding up to our overall campaign. We received weekly reports of the campaign on the number of interest from the potential buyers and how it was shaping up for our final day of Auction. Paul followed up with all the parties inspecting the property in each inspection to get their interest and answered their queries to their satisfaction. We got access to all these tracked feedback within the weekly report. We made a nice strategy before the auction for the sale, and we are very happy with the result which was only possible having a dedicated professional like Paul's at our side.
