I am very happy with our experience. Paul knew the property market really well and the selling/buying process to deliver an excellent result. He understood the pressures and stresses and did a lot of work behind the scenes. At the same time, he was able to keep us informed and included as inspections were carried out. My wife and I actually bought the property from Paul, and I noticed then that he was very much switched on. He was professional in his approach and very knowledgeable. We definitely would use Paul again and would recommend him to others who are selling or buying. Paul was able to sell the property, one day before auction, which I thought was a great result as I did not really want to go to auction.
