His professionalism, dedication, responsiveness & overall service were exceptional. He answered our numerious questions thoroughly, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the auction process. I actually bought my townhouse from Mario 12 years ago and I was more than happy to engage him as our agent when selling.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel Viavattene from Harcourts, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I first contacted Joel, he impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of the property. He was very supportive and helpful from the very beginning - from organising an online inspection of the property after the normal office hours to helping seek approval and extension from the seller. Throughout the entire process of buying a property, Joel was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. He made the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Joel Viavattene to anyone in need of a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent. He made the process of buying my first property a positive and enjoyable experience, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Joel, for your exceptional service and professionalism.

Due to unforeseen reasons our property had to be sold. Mario TUCCI understood and showed empathy at a time of stress. His knowledge of the North area was amazing and was totally honest with us regarding price sale of home. Mario communicated with us almost daily and keep us informed on how inspections were travelling. Mario always presented neatly and with a courteous manner. Mario listened and heard what we needed. There was total openess and no surprises until Mario sold our home above what we expected. Total surprise and we trusted and believed him due to his openess and total honesty. Mario is an asset to Harcourts. I will recommend Mario TUCCI to my friends. Mario TUCCI is an exceptional real estate agent. Thank you Mario from the bottom of our hearts and beyond.
