Taylor is fantastic, cannot fault her in any way, she is always available and happy to help. Cannot praise Taylor enough. Very happy with sale outcome and how fast my property sold. Overall, communication was good, Alan is great sales person however unfortunately towards the end of the process, I felt quite rushed and there was some underlying miscommunication, which I found quite frustrating. Still would recommend Harcourts Refined, they are a great team, easy to get along with.
