Shaun constantly seeks ways to better the business through more streamlined processes, improved work/life balance or the latest Proptech innovations. A recent investment in premium infrastructure upgrades has included implementing a high-tech phone system to make working from home more conducive and allowing the business to be more dynamic within the industry. Shaun sees his vision gaining momentum, driven by the desire to build an enviable workplace culture with an inspiring atmosphere, extra support and training, and a supportive team. His ability to connect personally and see the bigger picture is incredibly valuable. Having won the World Masters in Hockey for the over 40yrs age group, Shaun is known for pushing himself personally and professionally. His entrepreneurial flair has seen him establish and manage multiple successful businesses.
