In the current state of the market, selling a tenanted property isn't easy. Gavin was very committed to keeping me informed and working through the buyer pool for my property. His communication was regular and he gave me the time I needed to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. This was the most difficult timing in the market to sell for me. But Gavin's work and discussions made it easier. His hard work is much appreciated.
