I didn't live in the area where my house was and didn't have the local knowledge, I was living in another state, He knew what my property was worth and how to market it but it didn't even go to the open market he sold the house beforehand. He had people on his books that were after my type of property. Mark made it very easy for me through the whole transition of selling my property, I cannot recommend him enough and I got more than I wanted for the Property I would Highly recommend him to anyone considering selling their property.
