I believe Mark is probably the last of his kind in real estate. Mark is straight up. He delivers the truth. From the moment I spoke to Mark I had a feeling this is the person to sell my sisters property. I spoke to other agents in the local area of Buff Point, listened to what they had to say and then along came Mark. Mark displayed a high standard of knowledge and professionalism and not pushy. So refreshing when dealing with real estate persons. I was out of the area of the sale and Mark was exceptionally helpful with his communication throughout the whole process of this short sale. My parent's had already decided to sell with LJ Hooker and had chosen Daniel Drinan to be their agent in early September, then my mother passed away suddenly 2 weeks later. We contacted Daniel and he put the house sale on hold until my father had time to sort our what he wanted to do, his house was put back on the market and Daniel was so kind and empathetic towards my father it was wonderful.
