On 4th July 2018 our home in Stretton settled, and the transaction is now complete. Adam listed the property on a Tuesday and we had hundreds of "hits" on the internet and at the open house the following Saturday Adam sold it after some serious negotiating. My neighbors were very surprised at the "Minor miracle" of selling within 5 days of listing, and will in no doubt be looking to do something similar when its their turn to sell.
