Record price in a record time
Selling a house can be a stressful business. Fortunately I managed to avoid the stress by letting my wife deal with the real estate agents whilst I hid behind my renovation paint brush. True to form her analysis was exhaustive. She had a representative from all of the local real estate agencies out to the house and interviewed each one at great length. Her final pick was Adam Muntazir of Ray White. Why? He gave her practical and realistic advice on what renovations needed to be done and the sales process (no floating air balloons or expensive auctions), he had a proven track record of sales in our suburb and best of all, he virtually guaranteed that he would sell the property within a month. Renovations finished, paint brush in bin, champagne drunk and sale gun fired! We had 4 open days and a serious buyer after each one. At the fourth one, we had a buyer and set a new price record for our street and all within 21 days. We had excellent communication throughout the whole process with regular phone calls or e-mails from Adam. I attribute our quick sale to my brilliant paintwork but will reluctantly agree that we did have a brilliant real estate agent. So if you are selling in the Calamvale, Sunnybank, Algester area - Adam is your man. Highly recommended.

Excellent Agent Result Was Above My Expectations
Prior to listing my mother's property with David from Ray White Calamvale I spoke to several agents within the locality & found David the agent that I connected with the most. David was very proactive in arranging photos, signage, open house times and the internet listing was comprehensive. David organised 2 open houses & achieved a sale that was very much above what I thought the property was worth. The property sold within 3 weeks of being listed. I found David to be an excellent agent & would have no objection recommending him as agent to any of my friends or family.

Wonderful agent
Adam was extremely committed and professional in all of our dealings. He went over and above to sell my house and kept me well informed every step of the way. He had excellent knowledge, skills and contacts and was very personeable and friendly. Most importantly, he obtained a great price for my house. I would highly recommend him to others wanting to sell.

Great Agent

Adam initially approached us to sell our house and through very polite communication with him we decided to sell. thankfully we sold with Adam as our agent,Adam was at all times punctual and polite but to the point with all communication and referrals Adam went out of his way to help with things beyond his duty to help us as the sale as it was quiet a distance from our selves so hence no travel was needed and everything taken care of by Adam very professionally. Adams knowledge and liaising prowess were all to our advantage ,his courtesy to both parties was a big part of an fast flowing contract with a healthy price achieved both parties were happy with. Bad experience
