Matthew is the Head of Department (Property Management) at Harcourts RG Hope Island, bringing 12 years of property management experience and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style. Known for his clear communication, strong organisation, and proactive approach, Matthew leads our property management team with a focus on delivering a smooth, professional experience for both landlords and tenants. He’s passionate about protecting clients’ investments, maintaining high standards across every touchpoint, and building long-term relationships through honest advice and consistent follow-through. With a strong systems mindset and a commitment to best-practice processes, Matthew helps ensure our department runs efficiently while providing the high level of service Harcourts RG Hope Island is known for. Outside of work, Matthew loves travelling and has explored Europe, New York, New Zealand, and most of Asia. He’s also a proud dog owner to two Cavoodles, Billy and Milly.
