We’ve had a fantastic experience with the property management team looking after our property. Their communication has been clear and consistent, and they’ve handled everything professionally from tenant management to routine inspections. What we appreciate most is their proactive approach and attention to detail it gives us real peace of mind knowing our investment is in good hands. Any issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently.

A number of things were wrong with the apartment on move in however after communication with the agent it was agreed these issues would be looked during the first inspection and hopefully rectified. Found the apartment to have been cleaned however dust was noticed in the wooden blinds and range was still greasy (all noted in entry report). Found the agent to be very professional and the team assisted me to complete initial bond and advance payments via the system. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

This review is more for Angeline than the entire team at Ray White Alliance. Angeline has been nothing short of excellent. We cannot recommend her more highly. She came on board and dealt with several issues we had with tenancies and management of the property. No hassle. No fuss. No excuses. What she did not know, she researched, obtained advice and relayed the information accurately and concisely. Angeline just dealt with everything without any drama. Angeline responds promptly, which is a huge plus for us and is always happy to provide advice which puts us as the landlords first and foremost. Angeline.. Thank you for everything. Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. The young fellow provided us with proper advices regarding application procedures and also how to maintain the property well. Thanks Sarah!!! 😁😇
