Graeme did a poor job at communicating with the tenants our intentions, and just told them what they wanted to hear. It was then left up to us to inform the tenants of our property we were purchasing what what actually going on….. this left the tenants with a lot of uncertainty and made the whole process very difficult for everyone. Once we realised they weren’t getting the right information we then requested for their contacts, which was not provided to us until 3 weeks prior to settlement. The whole process was made extremely difficult
