at this stage its positive and they respond promptly
The are precise in the inspection of the property at the intial stages which should hold them in a good postion when the tenant leaves.The 3 staff emmebrs who are dealing with the propety seems to be commum=nication g with each other which is positive

Buy a Home and rented a house
Our family was lucky enough to move from Maylands to Bayswater to be walking distance to the school. We also were able to trust Ross Realty with our old place, which is now a rental. It was rented out within a week. Great team of people we will have a long relationship with.

Really easy to work with.
Tim and his team, Neda and Janice were really effective for us. They sorted out property out and worked with us. It was a really stressful time for our family as we were moving out of the house. Tim and his team sorted out the rental side of things for us.

Truly wonderful customer service
The whole team at Ross Realty have been amazing from start to finish. Informative, Friendly, Proactive and Attentive, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leasing my first home. My home was leased within 3 days by a great applicant offering over the asking price. If I need to lease or sell in the future I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Tim is the best!
Tim has been absolutely awesome and easy to work with since he joined the Ross team a few years ago. We find him very responsive and value the feedback he provides and he acts on our concerns when raised. We’d definitely be open to other property managers if it weren’t for the consistent top service provided by Tim.
