ROSS REALTY very efficiently handled the leasing of our property. They helped offload a lot of the rental work from us and were able to very quickly secure a tenant. They have shown that they are very knowledgable, but more importantly, they have been very patient with all the questions that we had as first time landlords. In addition to that, they have been very prompt in their communication. All in all, we're very happy to have gone with ROSS. We definitely recommend them!! P.S. I highly recommend Ross Realty. This is our first experience so was a bit apprehensive at first but so glad we decided to have an Agent with us now as we can both concentrate on other things. Melanie is our property manager who always replies to my emails very quickly. She is extremely helpful and was also able to secure a tenant for us very quickly. We are looking forward to Ross Reality managing our property and any future properties we acquire.
