The PM team have been awesome at helping me rent out my property, less than a week on market and a tenant was lined up and ready to move in. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent out a property!

Tim was excellent and always very approachable. His proactiveness and understanding of issues and costs associated with those matters is commendable. Tim always try to find alternative ways to fix things and looked after my property very well!

From the very first meeting until leasing the property, the professional and friendly staff were nothing but helpful. No question or concern too much trouble. Highly recommended and will be doing so 👍

Ashlee, Melanie and the Harcourts team are awesome! They took over our management with a tenancy already in place and they made the agency transition smooth and painless. Routine inspection reports were clear and gave us peace of mind, plus our tenants vacate process was done efficiently and fairly. We love an agency who treats not only owners but also tenants like important clients and I could really tell they looked after all parties. If we need to rent out our property in the future, or if friends need a recommendation, Harcourts will be the first in mind. Thanks again!

The team at Harcourts Ross Realty always respond quickly to my queries and are very professional in every aspect. From the home opens to the rental management, the team are always cheerful and enthusiastic about getting an excellent result. My life is a lot less stressful knowing that they will take care of our rentals and chase up contractors and follow up on details so I don't have to. Highly recommended.

I’ve known Nigel since he sold my first house in 2015 and I bought my second one through Nigel. I’m based in Victoria now with my house in WA rented out through Harcourts Ross Realty, Nigel and his team. Speaking from experience of buying and renting through Harcourts Ross Realty I would definitely recommend Nigel and his team.
